1. Could you customize the product as the request of project?

The engineer team have the capability to customize the product to help you win the project together.

2. Could you help make the product test by authority agency?

The authorized test from agency can be done by our side as your projects’ request.

3. How do you make sure the product’s quality and performance?

The QC team will control the whole production process from raw material to finished products. The goods under production and before shipping both will be inspected.

4. How do you cope with it when the goods works not well during operation?

The defective product need to be sent back factory warehouse for inspection again. Another compensatory lot will be resend if the goods exactly damaged by factory side.

5. Could you provide technical support when the installer can not operate the goods correctly?

The engineer team can make the online video for instruction even onsite support if necessary.

6. How many warranty years for your product?

At least 5 years.

7. Could you help purchase copper related products?

Some excellent partners who manufacture the copper related products were developed by our supply chain department so as to meet your wide variety of requirements.

8. Could you offer free sample?

The sample less than 50 USD is available for free but shipment fee will be borne by your party.

9. Could you provide the financial support?

We prefer 30% TT in advance.
